Objective of the project: The project aims to optimize CODEVAL's internal processes, improving flexibility, organization, and efficiency in the production plant and sales management. Through data analysis and new control tools, the project seeks to improve the management of human and material resources, reducing costs and enhancing product quality. The goal is to make CODEVAL a more competitive company with efficient production processes adapted to market demands. To this end, CODEVAL is expanding its Operations department with the addition of Fran Millà. His previous experience as a Product Manager brings significant value to the technical team.

During the first year The project began with an analysis and definition phase focused on characterizing the company's initial situation and establishing the project's technical and organizational foundations. During this period, production processes and information flows were analyzed, key operational weaknesses were identified, and the necessary action plans for improving operations management and the future implementation of digitalization, planning, and control systems were defined.

In second year, The project has focused on structuring and consolidating the Operations area, implementing daily production monitoring routines, digital systems for recording and analyzing internal incidents, and a specific dashboard that provides objective indicators on orders, production, deadlines, and performance. Product and demand analyses have also been developed, along with the recording of actual manufacturing times, laying the necessary technical foundation for implementing the ERP's manufacturing module and progressing toward advanced cost planning and control systems in subsequent project years.
